According to research from the University of California Riverside, 40% of our happiness is determined by intentional actions, not by genes (50%) or circumstances (10%).

During this virtual training, we’ll discuss Communication, Adaptability and Recognition as key kindness strategies. I’ll share ideas to help your employees to elevate your culture in these difficult times by focusing on what we CAN still DO even elevating our level of kindness during crisis.
